POLICIES

  • A 30% cancellation fee is charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

  • There is a 10 minute grace period, if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled.

  • All appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time. If confirmation is not received within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time, the appointment may be cancelled and the time slot released to other clients.

  • Please do not schedule an appointment if you are sick, experiencing any symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19.

  • We take extra precaution to ensure that we are properly sanitized and disinfected prior to each and every service.

  • There is no deposit required, however it is required to have a card on file to secure your appointment. Card or Cash payments are accepted. Card payments will be charged a extra 2.5% convenience fee.

  • Please fill out any required consent forms or intake forms prior to your service. You will receive a reminder.

  • No returns or exchanges on retail products accepted.
